For those interested in getting ATA-certified, here are the upcoming exam sittings:
To register, please visit: https://www.atanet.org/certification/upcoming.php.
Unless you are already certified in at least one combination, you need to offer proof of eligibility. For example, you need to be accredited or certified by another translators’ association, have an advanced degree or a combination of degree plus experience, or a T&I degree from one the ATA-approved Translation and Interpreting Schools.
To view a list of the ATA-approved Translation and Interpreting Schools, please visit http://www.atanet.org/certification/eligibility_approved.php.
For more information on exam requirements, practice tests or grading, please visit the certification section of the ATA website, http://www.atanet.org/certification/index.php.
